Sports and Recreation Commission is seeking to recruit suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the following positions.
- Sport Development Manager
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sport Development Manager to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sport development programs
- Build partnerships with local sports organizations and stakeholders
- Identify and nurture talent
- Promote sport participation and development
- Manage budgets and resources
Requirements:
- Possession of a degree in Sport Management, Sport and Recreation, Sport Science, or other sport-related qualification.
- Ability to communicate at all levels and relate to people of diverse backgrounds and cut-tures.
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of sport development principles and practices
- Knowledge of the SRC Act and Regulations is a must; and
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience.
