Sports and Recreation Commission is seeking to recruit suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the following positions.
- Human Resource Officer
We are seeking a highly organized and people-focused Human Resource Officer to join our dynamic team!
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and talent acquisition
- Employee relations and engagement Compensation administration Policy implementation and review
- Performance management
Requirements:
- Possession of a Degree in Human Resource Management, Social Science or equivalent.
- Possession of an Institute of People Management in Zimbabwe (IPMZ) qualification or working towards attaining such will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of modern payroll systems. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Should have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should have a minimum of two years’ experience in a related field.
