Ms Gail vaan Jaarsveldt is a business woman, entrepreneur and philanthropist. Having been a runner up of the Zimbabwe Business Women of the year in the ‘80’s whilst still in her twenties,
Gail has successfully worked in the retail, manufacturing, events management and tourism fields over the past 30 years.
More recently, she has mainly directed her efforts into a not-for-profit foundation, the Jafuta Foundation, which she founded in 2016.
The Jafuta foundation works in the areas of sport development for the youth, empowerment or rural women, availing access to clean water for communities as well as developing vocational and educational facilities for the same.
Gail was recently conferred Matebeleland North CSR Ambassador of the Year by the Centre for Social Responsibility Network Zimbabwe.
